We only collect information we need to provide and improve our supports. This may include your name, contact details, age, NDIS number and plan details, information about your goals and support needs, and any health or disability information you choose to share with us.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you, or from someone you have asked to contact us for you, such as a family member, carer, plan manager or support coordinator. This includes information sent through the forms on this website, by phone or by email.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and talk with you about support.
- To plan, deliver and review your supports.
- To prepare service agreements, quotes and invoices.
- To meet our legal and NDIS obligations, including keeping you safe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with your consent, for example with your plan manager or support coordinator, or where the law requires it, such as reporting to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Keeping it safe
We store your information securely and only allow access to people who need it to support you. We keep records for as long as the law requires, then destroy them securely.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Just contact us.
